I am an executive leadership expert holding a Ph.D. in organizational psychology. My life's work is dedicated to empowering women to transform their careers and lives. With over a decade of experience, I have established myself as a seasoned and trusted thought leader in women's leadership and career growth. I have invested my career in relentlessly seeking answers and solutions to the complex challenges facing people of color, in today's corporate world.

My Journey
My path to becoming a leadership coach for women of color was shaped by my own experiences navigating diverse cultural landscapes and corporate environments. Having lived in five countries, four of them during my formative years, I developed a keen interest in understanding people, their interactions, and the ways in which our differences and similarities shape our experiences.
These early experiences led me to study psychology, seeking answers to fundamental questions about human behavior, motivation, and the impact of social structures and biases on our lives. I was particularly drawn to organizational psychology, recognizing the powerful intersection between individual experiences and the corporate world.
Over the course of my career, I held positions in various industries, from banking to technology and manufacturing, across Australia and the United States. These rich corporate experiences, combined with my deep psychological knowledge, provided me with unique insights into the challenges faced by professionals, particularly women of color, in the workplace.
